Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service life by detecting the load condition of a fallen ore recovering means, and setting the drive pattern of the fallen ore recovering means based on the detected value of the load condition to reduce the operational frequency of the fallen ore recovering means.
SOLUTION: The quantity of fallen ores is calculated referring to a control map based on the maximum value of the detected value of the fallen ore drive torque during the prescribed load judging timer after the prescribed drive switching transition time is elapsed in a condition where the brand characteristic curve of the control map to indicate the relationship between the detected value of the fallen ore drive torque and the quantity of fallen ores is selected according to the brand of bulk ores to be drilled by a drilling part 25. The quantity of the fallen ores over the whole area in the axial direction of a turning boom 15 according to the brand can be correctly estimated, the drive pattern is switched according to the quantity of fallen ores and the optimum drive pattern can be selected. The wear of a forward end of a scraper of a fallen ore recovery conveyor BC2 and elongation of a chain can be suppressed, and the service life of the fallen ore recovery conveyor BC2 can be improved.
