To provide a cable suspension device against fallen trees whose configuration is simple and action is reliable.SOLUTION: A square cylindrical arm material 1 fixed on one side of a supporting material and whose tip is horizontally projected is provided, a lower part of the tip of the art material 1 is diagonally cut off and a section of the tip is formed so as to be an inverted-U-shaped form, a plan view U-shaped retaining material 4 covers a tip surface of the arm material 1, a channel material 7 attached to an upper part of a cable holding metal fitting 8 holding a cable at a lower part is put in the arm material 1 from a section inverted-U-shaped part of the arm material 1, upper parts of tabular attaching metal fittings 5 with a folded bottom edge 5a, folded inside at a lower part of the arm material 1 are respectively fixed to both sides of the retaining material 4 covered on the arm material 1 of the section inverted-U-shaped part, the channel material 7 of the cable holding metal fitting 8 put in the art material 1 at the folded bottom edge 5a of the attaching metal fittings 5 on both sides is locked, the attaching metal fittings 5 deform when load equal to or more than a predetermined value is applied to the cable, and locking of the cable holding metal fitting 8 is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
