Title:
FALLING PREVENTION DEVICE FOR REFUSE COLLECTING VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3156181
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a refuse collecting vehicle from falling by monitoring or determining whether or not the refuse collecting vehicle which has gone back into a stopping chamber of an incineration plant is in a falling condition and, if in a falling condition, operating a cord body so as to apply it onto a refuse collecting vehicle.
SOLUTION: After a refuse collecting vehicle 800 goes back into the stopping station 700 of an incinerating plant, a container 802 is dumped up, and a container door 802a is opened, so that refuse is thrown into a pit. If the refuse cannot be discharged due to twining, the vehicle is driven ahead once and back again by a driver to collide with a bumping post and attempt to deliver the refuse using the impulse. At this time, if a vehicle height sensor 202 detects an abnormal vehicle height due to lifting front wheels, an electromagnetic stopper 301 is released, a wedge rod 305 with a pulley is towed by a traction spring 306, and a resin rope 302 is applied onto the top surface of the container 802; it is thus possible to prevent the vehicle from falling.
