PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falling prevention structure which enables maintenance repair work of a lighting device installed in a tunnel to be easily performed.SOLUTION: A falling prevention structure includes: a holding member; a support member; and a hanging member. The holding member has: a first holding part which is pressure-bonded to an upper part of a lighting device, which is installed on a wall surface in a tunnel so as to be spaced away from the wall surface, and is longer than a thickness dimension of the lighting device; a second holding part which is pressure-bonded to a lower part of the lighting device and is longer than the thickness dimension of the lighting device; and a connection part which is disposed on a front surface of the lighting device and connects the first holding part to the second holding part. The support member is inserted into an area provided in a portion of the first holding part which protrudes from a back surface of the lighting device to the wall surface in a plan view of the lighting device and penetrating through the first holding part in a thickness direction, is longer than a height dimension of the lighting device, and engages with the second holding part at an end part disposed on the lower side. In the hanging member, one end part is fixed to the wall surface and an end part which is not fixed to the wall surface engages with an upper end part of the support member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
