To provide a fan control method and a fan controller for changing setting of a fan operation target value for stirring air in a space in which a cold temperature heat source exists at a food store so that electric energy in a predetermined time of an air conditioner is reduced.
An operation target value of a fan 1 is decided per predetermined time by a target value setting change deciding means 14. Used electric energy of the air conditioner 4 is measured by an air conditioner electric energy measuring means 12, and used electric energy in the predetermined time accompanying change of the target value at previous time is compared with used electric energy in the predetermined time before change of the target value at previous time by an air conditioner electric energy comparison means 13. A target value setting change deciding means 14 decides a target value at this time based on the result of comparison of the air conditioner electric energy so that used electric energy of the air conditioner 4 is reduced.
