In this device, a resin-made connecting shaft 3 is interposed between the boss part 1a of the fan 1 and the motor shaft 2a, and the connecting shaft may be cut. Or plural connecting pieces which may be cut are disposed between the boss part 1a of the fan 1 and the impeller part, and the tip part of the motor shaft 2a is fitted in the boss part 1a of the fan 1.
