Abstract:
To provide a fan filter unit and an aseptic device, capable of shortening a sterilization work time executed in changeover.SOLUTION: An aseptic device has a working space, a fan filter unit configured to supply clean air to the working space, and a sterilized gas input part on an air suction side of the fan filter unit. The fan filter unit includes: a fan unit part comprising an air blower and a pressurization chamber; a dust removal filter provided on a downstream side of the fan unit part; a passage bypassing the dust removal filter; and an opening/closing mechanism for the passage. Opening the opening/closing mechanism can supply, to a secondary side of the fan filter unit, airflow that does not pass through the dust removal filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
