Title:
FAN MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3517088
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the thickness of a motor small while keeping the motor characteristics in good condition by mounting a circuit component in a space formed at one side of a stator opposite to the side where an armature coil is biased toward one side in a side view.
SOLUTION: A fan motor is constituted of a stator S having an armature coil 5 biased toward one side in a side view and a rotor R having a field magnet 7 facing the stator S at a given space. In a space formed at one side opposite to the armature coil 5 located side of the stator S, a circuit component 10 is mounted. The stator S has the armature coil 5 wound around a core having two-pole salient poles arranged at an inverval of 90°, and so it would be ideal if the motor is a radial space type by setting the magnetization angle of the field magnet 7 at 90°. The stator S has two hollow coils of an opening 60° located at a space of 120°, and it would be also good if the motor is an axial space type by setting the magnetization angle of the field magnet 7 at 60°.
