PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and decrease vibrations and noises by the use of a plastic magnet as an outside rotation motor.
SOLUTION: An outward rotation magnet motor 18 is constituted by use of a plastic magnet 16, and also a fan part 17 is provided integrally in the outer periphery of this plastic magnet 16.
