Title:
FAN STACK FOR AXIAL FLOW FAN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3260320
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fan stack for an axial flow fan of a low cost with a high roundness, a light weight, easy handleability, and a high strength by molding the stack in a cylindrical state with a fiber-reinforced resin, and embedding the members in a suitable number of stages.
SOLUTION: In the case of manufacturing the fan stuck, reinforcing members made of an angle steel or the like obtained by sandwiching a glass fiber between upper and lower surfaces are arranged, for example, in three stages at a suitable angle in a predetermined shape mold. Then, after a thermoplastic resin or the like is cast in the mold, a molded fan stack piece is removed from the mold when a predetermined time is elapsed. Then, the stack 12 in which three reinforcing members 13a to 13c made of a fiber-reinforced resin (FRP) by coupling six fan stack pieces are, for example, embedded in an overall length in a circumferential direction is manufactured. Thus, a product having a light weight, easy handleability, a high roundness and strength can be manufactured at a low cost.
