PURPOSE: To provide a fan unit mounting structure, wherein an electrical power can be fed to fan units which drive air to cool a heat releasing electronic equipment without using a power feeding cable, and electric power feeding operation is enhanced in workability.

CONSTITUTION: An electronic equipment 1 equipped with a heat releasing body 2, fan units 8 which drive cooling air to cool the heat releasing body 2 as mounted adjacent to the upside or underside of the electronic equipment 1, a terminal which is fitted with a protruding connector 81 and a recessed connector 82 and provided to the fan units 2 arranged adjacent to each other to supply an electric power to the fan units 8 by interconnection, and a connector connecting lug 83 through which the protruding connector 81 is protruded or retracted are provided. The protruding connectors 81 protruded by operating the lugs 83 are fitted into the recessed connectors 82 to electrically interconnect the fan unit 8 arranged, adjacent to each other.
