Abstract:
To reduce man-hours of a preliminary test, and to dispense with a trial operation at duct connection, in a fan unit.SOLUTION: A second controller 52 acquires a rotation number Nx of a fan motor 31b of a second fan 31, a wind amount Qx of the second fan 31, a wind velocity Vx or a fore-and-aft pressure difference ΔPx, and a wind velocity target value Qy or a wind velocity target value Vy of the second fan 31, and calculates a rotation number target value Ny of the fan motor 31b by using a first function: Ny=(Qy/Qx)2×▵Px×{m×(Qy/Qx)×Vx+p}+n×(Qy/Qx)×Vx+q. Also, when the wind velocity is lowered to V from Vt due to a variation of a fore-and-aft pressure difference ΔP, the second controller calculates a rotation number change amount ΔN to the rotation number target value by using a second function :▵N=a×(Vt-V).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
