To provide a fan assembly, especially a home-use fan like a pedestal-type fan used for producing flow of air in a room, an office, or in other domestic environments.
The fan assembly used for producing the flow of air includes an air inlet, an air outlet, an impeller, an inner passage used for receiving the flow of air from the air inlet, and an opening part used for discharging the flow of air. The fan assembly also includes a motor which is used for rotating the impeller in order to produce the flow of air which passes to the air outlet forming an opening into which the air coming from the outside of the fan assembly is drawn by the flow of air discharged from the opening part, a control circuit used for controlling the motor, a remote control used for sending a control signal to the control circuit, and at least one magnet used for attaching the remote control to the air outlet.
