PURPOSE: To provide a novel fan bearing amusing features other than conventional pictures.

CONSTITUTION: This fan comprises a main body 2 made of paperboard provided with an elongated hole at a specified position on the fan and a small piece 3 also made of paperboard and rockable as engaged with the elongated hole. It is good if designed so that the main body 2 and small piece 3 is cut out from the same one sheet of paperboard. Every time of fanning, the small pieces 3 rocks making a sound, that makes this new fan different from the conventional types. The sound may be made bigger by bending the end of the small piece 3 into a hook. When a well-known character or animal is painted on the fan, the character seems to be shaking the small piece 3. When the characters' arm carrying a fan is painted on the small piece 3, the character looks like using the painted fan when this amusing fan is used.
