Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far-infrared drying apparatus which controls temperature and humidity in a drying chamber by an air supply unit and an exhaust unit, equipped with a far-infrared heater and a unit heater, thereby producing a high-quality dried product in a short period.SOLUTION: A far-infrared drying apparatus 1 includes: a drying chamber 2 for storing a dried product to be dried; a far-infrared heater 10 for heating the dried product; a circulation unit 12 for circulating air in the drying chamber 2; an air supply unit 8 for taking in air into the drying chamber 2; an exhaust unit 9 for exhausting the air in the drying chamber 2 with a water vapor to the outside of the drying chamber 2; a temperature humidity sensor 16; and a controller 14. The air supply unit 8 is equipped with a unit heater for heating ambient air to be introduced into the drying chamber 2, and the controller 14 controls the far-infrared heater 10, the air supply unit 8, and the exhaust unit 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
