Abstract:

To provide a far-infrared-irregularly reflective transparent cylindrical vessel with waveform inner surface for the purpose of pulverizing the whole Agaricus mushroom carpophore and imparting it with rich extract component through dehumidifying the inside of the vessel at high temperatures to accomplish the pulverization by uniform combustion of the carpophore granules owing to rotary magnetic vibration effect and extract component enrichment.

This cylindrical vessel has the following scheme: waveform unevennesses 003 are provided on the entire inner surface of a robust and transparent heat-resistant vessel 001, one side of both ends of the cylinder is provided with a lid 002, an air suction pipe 004 at the center of the lid 002, and an exhaust pipe 005 on the other side, and a far-infrared irradiator 006 is set outside of the vessel 001 to elicit far-infrared-irregularly reflective effect of the waveform unevennesses 003 so as to dehumidify the inside of the vessel owing to raised inside temperature, and the bottom of the cylinder is mounted with vessel rotary power-receiving shafts 009 and 010 and there is also set a rotary vibratory magnetic steel 008.
