Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing occurrence of burning unevenness on a steel plate for hot pressing, according to opening and closing of a charge door, when the steel plate for hot pressing is heated using a far infrared ray type multi-stage type heating furnace comprising plural steel plate storage regions each of which having the charge door and extraction door of the steel plate for hot pressing, and which are provided in a vertical direction, and a heater disposed inside.SOLUTION: When a charge door 16c of one steel plate storage region 13-6 is opened, the charge doors 16c of other steel plate storage regions 13-1 to 13-5 other than one steel plate storage region 13-6 are closed. After the charge door 16c of one steel plate storage region 13-6 is opened and then the steel plate for hot pressing is charged and then the charge door 16c of one steel plate storage region 13-6 is closed, the charge door 16c of the steel plate storage region 13-4 which is not adjacent to the one steel plate storage region 13-6 in the upper and lower directions, is opened and the steel plate for hot pressing is charged, these operations are repeated, in an operation method for suppressing burning unevenness and heating energy loss of the multi-stage type heating furnace for the steel plate for hot pressing.
