Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a far infrared roasting and decocting device capable of excellently carrying out high-quality roasting and decocting treatment irrespective of the shape and size of a material to be treated.
CONSTITUTION: An agitating member 3 for stirring a material 12 to be treated is laid in a stirrer case 2 for holding the material 12 to be treated. A far infrared heater part 5 is arranged above the agitating member 3 and inside a top opening part 4. The stirring case 2 has an approximately U-shaped bottom, the top opening part 4 is equipped with an insert cover part 6 and the top opening part 4 is provided to be openable and closable.
