CONSTITUTION: In a fare payment device 1 for a toll vehicle wherein a fare is paid and received between a driver in a side of a front seat 2 and a passenger in a side of a rear seat 3, of the toll vehicle, the device has a cut through hole part 4 provided in a front seat back 2a for partitioning the driver and the passenger and a fare payment box for exposing a fare payment part, turnably supported over the sides of the front seat 2 and the rear seat 3 by a bottom part of the cut through hole part 4, respectively before the front seat back 2a and the side of the rear seat 3.
