To enable an operator to easily push to operate a finger clutch lever with a hand holding a handle and to operate a main clutch lever without making handle operation unstable and moreover to shift a clutch without directly operating the finger clutch lever and main clutch lever at the time of emergency.

A right handle 19 is provided with a finger clutch lever 3 for changing on/off with every finger push operation of the lever, and a left handle 18 is provided with a main clutch lever 4 for changing on/off with lever angle change operation. The finger clutch lever 3 and the main clutch lever 4 are interlockingly connected by an interlocking body 5 laid across laterally.
