PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect and cut off a power transmission path only by turning a steering handle by providing the power transmission path of a working device with reverse restraining mechanism for cutting off the power transmission path interlockingly with shift operation to reverse speed when the steering handle is in a rear normal position.
SOLUTION: When a steering handle 8 is in a rear normal position, a control body 24 comes in contact with an oscillating body 231, and a mediator body 23 is moved into a mediating poston. At this time, a travel shift lever 10 is shift-operated to reverse speed, and when a shift shaft 34 moves, an effector 232 of the mediator body 23 moves, and a sliding body 211 slides through a clutch lever 22. The mesh of each uneven part 212 of a reverse restraining clutch 21 is then released to cut off power transmission from a PTO shaft 32 to an input shaft 91. When the steering handle 8 is rotated in a front reverse position, the oscillating body 231 and the control body 24 shunt into a turnout position, and the meshed state of each uneven part 212 is maintained, so that the travel shift lever 10 can be switched.
