Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the electric corrosion of a metallic collar by suppressing that a liquid invades between a fiber-reinforced resin (hereinafter referred to as "FRP") and a metallic collar.SOLUTION: A fastening structure of an FRP material 10 comprises: an FRP material 10 having a tabular portion 11 formed in a tabular shape, and a through hole 12 formed in the tabular portion 11; and a metal collar 13 mounted in the through hole 12 and having a fastener inserted into the metal collar. The collar 13 includes: body parts 18 and 22 formed into cylindrical shapes; and a pair of brim parts 17 and 21 extending individually to radially outer sides from the two end portions of the body parts 18 and 22 and having the tabular portion 11 adhered inbetween. The brim parts 17 and 21 have a plurality of protrusions 24 arranged on the adhesive surface to the tabular portion 11. The protrusions 24 are formed to have their leading end contacting the tabular portion 11, in the cases where the board thickness of the tabular portion 11 is a lower limit of a size tolerance and where the distance between the pair of brim parts 17 and 21 is the upper limit of the size tolerance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
