Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a strong tightening force as in the clamps which use a bolt and a nut and confirm easily if clamping operation is being carried out or not, and to enhance work efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A nut main body 4 comprises a first clamping part 8 which has a cylinder-shaped part with a larger size than an outer diameter of a bolt on the inner peripheral part and a second clamping part 10 which has a female screwed part threaded with the bolt 2 on the peripheral part and a connecting part 12 which connects both the first clamping part 8 and the second clamping part 10, which share a shaft center 11. The connecting part 12 is constituted by forming a 13 around the nut main body 4. When clamping force is applied beyond a fixed value, the nut will be twisted out so that it may be divided into the first clamping part 8 and the second clamping part 10, thereby releasing the connection.
