Abstract:
To provide a fastener that facilitates fixation and release when used for an object requiring the fixation and the release like a folding desk, and provide the folding desk using this fastener.SOLUTION: A fastener 1 includes a lever part 2, a body part for swingably fixing this lever part centering on the fulcrum in the inner space, a stopper part for stopping the swinging of the lever part 2 in a predetermined stop position, and a spring part 4 for biasing the lever part 2 toward the stop position. Also, an outer cover 7 has an inserting notch part 73 notching a portion opposed to the lever part 2 positioned in the stop position. Also, the lever part 2 is formed in a bow shape being a convex toward the biasing direction by the spring part 4, and a hooking notch part 23 is formed in the portion opposed to the inserting notch part 73 when positioned in the stop position being an outer edge along the bow shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
