If this fastener composed of frame bodies sandwiching the power generating part and a pressurizing plate mounted to the frame body, the power generating part can be uniformly pressurized by using repulsion of the pressurizing plate. In addition, this fuel cell prepared by using this fastener can efficiently generate power, since the power generating part is uniformly pressurized, and the electrolyte and the electrodes relating to power generation are uniformly pressurized.
