PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener and an image formation device capable of easily moving other devices without degrading fastening performance.SOLUTION: At a top part 20a, of an upper plate 20, of a wheel housing part 111 which houses a wheel 51 of a caster 5, a vertical shaft inserting part 121 in which a vertical shaft 53 of the caster 5 is inserted is formed by opening, and an engagement part 122 is formed which extends in the direction orthogonal to a shaft inserting direction from a downstream end along the shaft inserting direction of the vertical shaft inserting part 121 and is engaged with the vertical shaft 53 of the caster 5 inserted into the vertical shaft inserting part 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
