Abstract:
To provide a fastener with a washer having excellent water leakage preventing effect when the fastener itself independently fixed to a base material is applied.
This fastener includes the washer 1 made of a resin with a coating layer 12 having elasticity on at least one surface of the base material 1 made of cloth and disposed oppositely so that the coating layer 12 is brought into contact with the base material at a fastening time, and inserted into a shaft selected from a screw or a rivet.
