A clip member 31 on which a driving member 12 made of coil-like shape memory alloy is mounted is formed in such a way that mutual abutting faces of two clip pieces 41, 41 are mutually abutted in a deformation condition of the driving member 12 and mutual abutting faces leave from each other in accordance with restoration of the driving member 12 from a deformation shape to a memory shape to turn each clip piece 41, 41. A pin member 33 mounted on tightened members 1, 1 is fixed by mounting a diameter contraction part 33b of the pin member 33 in a pin member mounting hole 43 formed by mutual cut-out parts 41a, 41a when two clip pieces 41, 41 are abutted, and this fixing condition is released in accordance with restoration of the driving member 12 to the memory shape.
