PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener that prevents a force from acting on a hinge part in a twisting direction during binding.SOLUTION: A fastener 10 includes a pair of frame members 12 and 16 through which a binding band is to be inserted, and a pair of hinge parts 14 which enable the frame members 12 and 16 to overlap each other by connecting side surfaces of the pair of frame members 12 and 16 together and through which the binding band is to be inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
