Abstract:
To provide a fastener which can fasten a fastened member to a fastening object member securely, and to provide a cover member including the fastener.SOLUTION: A fastener 20 comprises: a fixed component 21 which is fixed to a vehicle lower panel 500 by a bolt B; and a connection component 22 which connects the fixed component 21 with a cover member 10. The connection component 22 is provided with a holding part 222 which is formed in an annular shape in a plan view and holds the cover member 10 on the radial outer side of the annular shape in the plan view; and a holding part 221 which holds the radial outer side of the fixed component 21 on the radial inner side of the annular shape in the plan view. In the fixed component 21, a held part 211 which is held by the holding part 221 is provided on the radial outer side and a flat fixed part 213 to be fixed to the vehicle lower panel 500 is provided on the radial inner side of the held part 211. The fixed part 213 is provided with an insertion hole 214 to which the bolt B is inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
