Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily unfasten a master bolt even when it is fixed by large fastening force by the use of normal tools, without using special tools, by reducing shaft force applied to the master bolt while unfastening a child bolt.
CONSTITUTION: A master bolt 1 functions for fastening a crank pulley E in respect to a crank shaft A. A child bolt is installed such that a head 21 is in a slight contact with a bottom 16 of a back facing hole 15 and the child bolt 2 is extended by fastening resilient force when the master bolt 1 is fastened. In order to unfasten the master bolt 1, the child bolt 2 is unfastened first, and shaft force applied to a head 13 of the master bolt 1 is reduced.
