PURPOSE: To contrive to facilitate a fasening process and eliminate the need for a transferring process by a method wherein central parts of respective scissors rods of two left and right lashing rods are freely movably connected to each other in such a manner that the two lashing rods can be simultaneously erected and be stocked at the place for fastening.

CONSTITUTION: The left and right lashing rods 31 is comprised of head rods 2, the scissors rods 3 and turnbuckle-like metallic fasteners 4 connected to base-fixing metals 5. The two lashing rods 31 are freely movably connected to each other by pins 7 through slotted metals 6 which are provided at the central parts of the scissors rods of the lashing rods. The metallic fastener 4 for each of the lashing rods 31 is always engaged with the base-fixing metal 5 provided on a deck 30. A con tainer 1a can be fastened by bringing the two lashing rods 31 into the erected conditions A simultaneously. In addition, the lashing rods 31 can be set into stocked conditions by leveling C simultaneously.
