The fastening device 1 is used for transmission of control between one transmitting mechanical structure element and a receiving mechanical element, the fastening device is made up of a handle 4 in which a female terminal 5 is mounted and a pressure actuator 8 for sliding radially inside a longitudinal opening part of parallel walls of the female terminal by handle rotation action, and a method for engaging or disengaging the rod 3 connected with the cable 2 is provided to engage or disengage the control cable depending on the direction of handle rotation manually operated by an adjuster.
