To provide a fastening device capable of improving workability in assembly and disintegration of temporal scaffold.SOLUTION: A fastening device 10 connecting a flange 16 of a column 12 and a connection member 14 is provided with a jaw metal fitting 20 arranged on the connection member 14 and having an upper jaw part 26, a lower jaw part 28, and a receiving part 30 receiving the flange 16 formed between the upper jaw part 26 and the lower jaw part 28; and a wedge member 22 movably connected in a vertical direction to the jaw metal fitting 20 to be inserted into a through-hole 32 of the upper jaw part 26, a through-hole 34 of the lower jaw part 28, and a fastening hole 18 of the flange 16, to fasten the flange 16 and the jaw metal fitting 20.
