Title:
FASTENING FIXTURE ANTI-COME-OFF STRUCTURE AND PIPING BAND
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005036940
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a bolt-nut fastening structure, firstly surely preventing the come-off of a bolt from an insertion hole of a fastening fixture during fastening work and avoiding the careless fall-off of the bolt and secondly achieving anti-loosening effects equivalent to those of a crown washer with a less number of parts required for fastening work.

An edge having an inner diameter somewhat larger than the diameter of the bolt is formed in the insertion hole of the bolt. The edge has a plurality of teeth formed with press work to be protruded inward therefrom. The teeth are angled with their ends to be exposed from the insertion hole. On the other hand, the edge selectively adopts means of forming the insertion hole at its whole inner periphery to be tapered and a plurality of tapered pawls on part of the inner periphery of the insertion hole. In this piping band having a band for wrapping a pipe and a band supporting fixture, the means are also applied for a bolt insertion hole of the supporting fixture.
