Abstract:
To provide a fastening member capable of being prevented for bending force applied to a bolt when a part to be mounted is connected to the mounting part.
In the fastening member, the bolt 18 projected from the mounting part 16 is inserted into a setting hole 12 bored in the part 11 to be mounted, and the part to be mounted is fastened to the mounting part by engaging with the bolt. The fastening member is comprised of a nut 22 screwed into the bolt, and a misalignment permitting member 20 to permit the shaft misalignment of the nut and the setting hole by relatively displacing in the axial direction for the nut.
