To provide a fastening metal piece for crossing strips capable of establishing uniform fastening certainly and effectively even if the operation is made with a single hand and managing with a lesser number of component items.

Fixing plates 10 and 12 are formed from plate material through a press working and are coupled together at one-side end by a rivet 14 rotatably with one another. The crossing part of strips R1 and R2 is introduced between the plates 10 and 12 in the opened condition, and on the side opposite the rivet 14, a bolt 16 is introduced from the fixing plate 10 toward the fixing plate 12 and fitted in a nut 18 attached to the plate 12 in a whirl stop state. With driving of the bolt 16 into the nut 18, the strips R1 and R2 are pinched by the plates 10 and 12 in the direction across the plate width.
