PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a positive prevention of rotation of a fastening part in its specified direction by a simple structure.SOLUTION: When a member 80 to be fastened is fastened under an arrangement of a fastening part 10 and an inclusion member 50, a male fastening part 10 is formed with a seat part 22 at the fastening part and the inclusion member 50 is formed with a fastening part opposing section 60 and a member opposing section 70. A first engaging mechanism A is formed between the fastening part opposing section 60 and the seat part 22 at the fastening part. When at least the seat part 22 at the fastening part is apt to rotate in such a direction as one in which it loosens the male fastening part 10 in a fastened state, a fastening part opposing section 60 and the seat part 22 at the fastening part are engaged to each other to prevent their relative rotation. The inclusion member 50 is engaged simultaneously with several fastening parts 10 to be fastened with the member 80 to be fastened, thereby a second engaging mechanism B is constituted to prevent a relative rotation between the inclusion member 50 and the member 80 to be fastened even if the rotating force in a specified direction may act against the inclusion member 50. Under an action of these first engaging mechanism A and second engaging mechanism B, looseness between the male fastening part 10 and the member 80 to be fastened is prevented.
