Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a resin plate enabling positioning easily and accurately, without falling of a collar from an open hole in bolt and nut fastening.SOLUTION: In a fastening structure of a bolt 7 to a resin plate 1, a collar 5 with a flange is inserted into an open hole 2 of the resin plate 1, and a bolt 7 is fixed to a center hole of the collar. In an annular gap 12 formed between the inner peripheral surface of the open hole 2 and the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical part 3 of the collar 5, a plurality of leaf springs 11 pressure-welded against the inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface is interposed, and positioning of the collar 5 to the resin plate 1 is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
