This fastening structure comprises: a pair of column parts 2 being mounted on the plastic structure 1 and having claw parts 4 for locking a fastening member 11; and a claw hooking part 14 formed on the fastening member 11, for engaging with the claw part 4 when the plastic structure 1 and the fastening member 11 are fastened. When the fastening member 11 and the plastic structure 1 are fastened, a direction in which the fastening member 11 is fixed on the plastic structure 1 and a fixing direction of a member to be fastened to the fastening member 11 by a screw member engaging with an inside screw 21a of the fastening member 11 are made approximately identical.
