Abstract:

To provide a fastening structure of a magnesium alloy for preventing the electrical corrosion with the magnesium alloy at low cost.

The fastening structure of the magnesium alloy is comprised of a magnesium alloy member, and a fastening member to fasten the magnesium alloy member. The fastening member is comprised of a main body and a coated layer to coat at least a part of the main body surface contacting the magnesium alloy member. The coated layer is the fastening structure of the magnesium alloy which is formed of a solid lubricant made of polytetrafluoroethylene or molybdenum disulfide, and coated resin dispersing the solid lubricant and consisting essentially of a phenol resin or a polyimide resin.
