Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deflection of an outer diameter and deflection of an end surface of the rotor core using a shaft as a reference, in a fastening structure for the rotor core and the shaft.SOLUTION: Provided is a fastening structure for a rotor core and a shaft of a rotary electric machine, in which the rotor core (1) of the rotary electric machine is formed by laminating a plurality of substantially ring-like thin-plate steel plates (2), and the shaft (3) is assembled by being press-fitted into an engagement hole formed at a center of this rotor core. A plurality of first convex parts (21) and a plurality of second convex parts (22) protruding radially inward from an inner peripheral surface of the thin-plate steel plates, are respectively provided in a circumferential direction. The first and second convex parts are positioned on the thin-plate steel plates so that, when the rotor core is formed by laminating the thin-plate steel plates, the first convex parts are arranged continuously in an axial direction, and so that recessed parts (23) formed by the first and second convex parts, and the second convex part are arranged alternately in the axial direction. Such the thin-plate steel plates are laminated to form the rotor core.
