To provide a fastening structure improving close contact properties of a fastened member to a curved surface by equally dispersing fastening force in a wide range of the fastened member fastened to the curved surface.
A flare washer 10 of approximately pot lid shape with slits 12 radially formed, comprises a disk-shaped base end 11 having an insertion hole 13 for a bolt 40 and a flat upper face 14, and a flare part 16 radially extended around the base end 11 and having a plurality of leg parts 17 partitioned by the slits 12. The lower face of the base end 11 is formed with a convex spherical part 15 formed of a convex spherical surface. Each leg part 17 of the flare part 16 radially extends outward in the radial direction while inclining downward from the base end 11, changes its direction near an outer peripheral edge part 20 and extends inclining upward. An abutting part 19 abutting on the fastened member is formed near a portion where the inclination of the leg part 17 changes upward from downward. An inner end 21 of each leg part 17 of the flare part 16 is cantilever-supported, while its outer end 22 is formed as a free end.
