Abstract:
To provide a fastening structure which can apply caulking processing even in a situation that the application of the caulking processing has been difficult hitherto.SOLUTION: A fastening structure 1 comprises a valve shaft 3 having a female screw part 4, and a fastening member 7 having a shaft part 6 in which a male screw part 5 screwed with the female screw part 4 is arranged. The male screw part 5 has whirl-stop parts 10 in a plurality of pieces which are protruded to the other d2 side from one d1 side of a penetration hole 8 of the valve shaft 3, and in each of which a distance d between a first apex 12 of a first crest and a second apex 14 of a second crest is shorter than a pitch P of the female screw part 4. Within a range in which an orthogonal line component 15 for connecting the first apex 12 and a center axial line 11 of the male screw part 5 by the shortest distance passes, the male screw part 5 is solid. The plurality of whirl-stop parts 10 are substantially-uniformly arranged in a circumferential direction with the center axial line 11 as a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
