The management system for managing the fastening tool equipped with the torque measurement means comprises: a torque measurement means for measuring the generation torque of the fastening tool in the management system; an input means for inputting the torque measured by the measurement means at the fastening tool side to the management system side; a calculation means for calculating the index representing the rate of difference between the torque measured by the torque measurement means of the management system side and the torque measured by the torque measurement means of the fastening tool side; and a teaching means for teaching the index calculated by the calculation means to the fastening tool.
