PURPOSE: To improve workability and operability by forming a notch on the surface of a sleeve to pass a faucet fastening shaft, at a position faced to a hose running outside the sleeve for preventing the mutual interference of the sleeve and the hose.

CONSTITUTION: A water supply pipe 5a as well as a hot water supply pipe, and a feed pipe 6 are inserted in a mounting hole 41a, and the lower end of a body 1 is seated on a counter 41. Thereafter, a fixing washer 2 and a spacer pipe 3 are externally coupled from the lower end of the pipe 6 and, then, a nut 4 is screwed to the external thread of the pipe 6, thereby fixing the body 1 to the counter 41. In this case, a work can be simplified, because the nut 4 is positioned away from the lower surface of the counter 41, due to the existence of the pipe 3. Then, the hose 8 of a hand shower 7, when inserted in a guide cylinder 1c and dropped into a cabinet from the mounting hole 41a, is not caught, because a notch is formed on the sleeve front of the washer 2. Furthermore, the hose 8 is connected to the lower end of the pipe 6 with a joint 10. According to this construction, the hose 8 can be easily inserted, and resistance as well as the occurrence of a noise can be prevented at the time of use.
