Abstract:
To provide a faucet capable of preventing hot water from being discharged even if a water temperature control unit is operated while a safety button is pressed.SOLUTION: The faucet of the present invention comprises: a faucet body 28; a water temperature control unit that rotates in a circumferential direction and adjusts a temperature of hot and cold water; a safety button that moves from a radially outer side to an inner side when pushed from the radially outer side; and an engaging part provided at a radially inner tip of the safety button. The engaging part provided between a low temperature stop position PX0 and a high temperature stop position PX4 in a C direction abuts the faucet body 28 in a state where the safety button is not pressed, and the engaging part provided between the low temperature stop position PX0 and the high temperature stop position PX4 in the C direction abuts a first stop surface 322 that restricts movement of the engaging part in an H direction in the state where the safety button is pressed to a second position, and a second stop surface 340 for restricting the movement of the engaging part in the H direction is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
