Abstract:
PURPOSE: To investigate a fault factor with a comparatively simple operation by storing a ladder sequence program for each step, reading the establish conditions of that step from a storage means and displaying them when its execution is stopped.
CONSTITUTION: A storage device 20 such as a RAM and a ROM stores the inputted sequence program for each step and stores the establish conditions of the output signal of this sequence program for each step. Then, a CPU 15 executes the ladder sequence program in the order of steps and when the stop of its execution in the middle is recognized, the establish conditions of the step stopping the execution are selected from the storage device 20 and displayed on a display part 27. Therefore, an operation can investigate the fault factor only by observing which establish condition is not satisfied while observing these displayed establish conditions.
