Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-based amorphous alloy thin band with excellent soft magnetic characteristics whose iron loss (CL) is 0.13 W/kg or less and whose apparent power (VA) is 0.33 VA/kg or less although a flux density (B1) is 1.5 T or more under a predetermined condition for the purpose of further reducing an iron loss and apparent power.SOLUTION: An Fe-based amorphous alloy thin band is a thin band formed from Fe of 80at% or more, B of 12at% or more and Si with a sum total including the B of 17 at% or more and 20 at% or less, and a thickness of 20 μm or more and 30 μm or less and a width of 100 mm or more. At least one surface of the thin band is formed with a pattern formed from a point-like or a linear recessed part with a period in a longitudinal direction of 50 mm over and 100 mm or less, and a surface roughness Rz excluding a pattern formation part of the surface formed with the pattern is 4.0 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
