Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Ni alloy cold rolled sheet having more excellent surface properties and to provide a refining method by which the same Fe-Ni alloy cold rolled sheet can suitably be produced.
SOLUTION: This Fe-Ni alloy cold rolled sheet has a composition containing, by weight, ≥0.020% C, 0.001 to 0.30% Si, 0.001 to 0.60% Mn, ≤0.101% P, 0.0001 to 0.0060% S, 20 to 50% Ni, 0.001 to O.20% Cr and 0.0001 to 0.02% Al, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities, and in which the amount of SiO2 contained in nonmetallic inclusions is regulated to 30 to 60%.
